accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If
you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are
using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the
authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your
continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new
Terms.

the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18 years
old, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service and

any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service

6. User Content
Our Service allows you to create, upload, store, and share
content, including text, images, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain complete
ownership and all intellectual property rights to your User Content. WriteWell AI does not claim
any ownership rights over your original creative work.
We will not use your User Content for any purpose other than
providing the Service to you. Your stories, characters, plots, and creative works remain
entirely yours. We do not train our AI models on your personal content, nor do we share, sell,
or distribute your User Content to third parties.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and have the right to use our
Service with such content
- Your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights,
contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity
- You understand that while we provide AI assistance and suggestions, all creative decisions
and final content remain under your control and ownership
By granting us access to your User Content solely for the
purpose of providing our AI writing assistance, you enable us to analyze your writing style and
provide personalized suggestions. This analysis is performed in real-time and is not stored or
used beyond the immediate service provision.
7. GDPR Compliance and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying
with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR
REQUIREMENTS, BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS, OR THAT DEFECTS
WILL BE CORRECTED.
13. Limitations of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING
FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any
time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms
taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions
become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new
terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
